PNOA Activity Organization Procedures 活动组织流程
1. Planning 计划阶段
- Assess difficulty level — 确定活动难度等级
- Review weather conditions — 了解天气状况
- Identify risks and safety measures — 识别风险并制定安全措施
2. Approval 审批阶段
- Complete all mandatory fields in the Activity Application Form 填写活动申请表中的所有必填信息
- Submit the form to the Activity leader group for review 将申请表提交至领队群进行审核
- Official PNOA activities require approval from two board members 官方活动需获得两位理事的批准
3. Recruitment 招募阶段
- Post the registration form to the member group 在会员群发布报名表
- If not filled within 24 hours, share with other PNOA groups 若24小时内未满员,可转发至其他PNOA群
- Recruit at least three participants — 招募至少三名参与者
- Verify participants’ physical condition, health, and equipment 核实参与者体能、健康状况及装备
- Collect waivers from non‑members — 收集非会员免责声明
- Create an Activity Group, inviting one non‑participating board member 建立活动群并邀请至少一位不参加活动的理事
- Share trip details and arrange carpooling 分享活动信息并安排拼车
- Share offline version participants’ emergency contact info with all leader(s) 向所有领队提供参与者紧急联系人信息的离线版本
4. Execution 执行阶段
- Conduct a trailhead briefing — 出发前进行安全说明
- Check gear and confirm readiness — 检查装备确保齐全
- Clarify assistant leader roles — 明确副领队职责
- Take a group photo — 拍摄团队合照
- Send trip started check-in message — 发送出发通知
- Maintain communication (e.g., walkie‑talkies) — 保持通讯畅通
- Monitor pace, weather, and route conditions — 监控队伍速度、天气及路线状况
- Adjust or cancel if conditions differ significantly — 若情况变化较大,考虑调整或取消
- Send Everything is okay check-in message confirming safety — 登顶后发送安全确认信息
- Begin descent early; ensure return to the trailhead before dark 尽早开始下山,确保在天黑前返回登山口
- Double‑count participants before descending — 下山前再次清点人数
- Send trip end check-in message at trailhead — 返回登山口后发送结束信息
- No one left behind — 不遗落任何人
5. Reporting 报告阶段
- Complete the summary in the original application form 在原申请表中填写活动总结
- If any incident occurred, submit an Incident Report to the insurance company immediately 若发生意外,尽快填写事故报告并提交保险公司
- Send Activity Feedback Form to participants for comments 向活动群发送反馈表收集意见
