# Focus / 重点 Critical Rule (English / Chinese)

Safety / 安全

Follow Leader's instructions. / 服从领队安排。

Group / 团队

We are "group in, group out." Don't leave without permission. / “团进团出” ,未经许可不得离队。

Preparedness / 准备

Choose routes based on your actual fitness level. / 根据您的真实体能选择路线。

Respect / 尊重

Treat all teammates with respect and offer mutual support. / 尊重所有队友,并提供互助协作。

Environment & Incidents report / 环境 & 事故报告

Follow Leave No Trace principles, minimize impact on waterways and wildlife, and report any serious incidents to Activity Leader / 遵循“不留痕迹”原则,将对水道和野生动物的影响降到最低,并将任何严重事故报告给领队。

Mandatory Safety Equipment / 强制安全装备

All PNOA watersports participants must wear a properly sized, Canadian-approved PFD and carry a pealess whistle at all times. / 所有PNOA水上活动参与者必须全程穿着尺寸合适、加拿大批准的 PFD,并携带无豆哨子。

Plan Trips Ahead / 提前规划行程

Review weather, water conditions, tides, route, and emergency procedures before departure. / 出发前检查天气、水情、潮汐、路线及紧急程序。

Dress for Water Temperature / 注重水温着装

Always wear clothing suited for cold water immersion (e.g., wetsuit or drysuit) to prevent hypothermia, regardless of air temperature. / 无论气温高低,始终穿着适合冷水浸没的服装(如潜水服或干衣),以防低温症。

No Impairment / 保持清醒操作

Participating in any watersports while impaired by alcohol or drugs is illegal and strictly prohibited. / 在酒精或药物影响下参与任何水上活动属违法行为,并严格禁止。

Leader's Authority / 领队权限

The Activity Leader reserves the right to deny participation to anyone who they feel compromises the safety, preparedness, or harmony required to maintain these critical rules. / 领队有权拒绝任何其认为会危及团队安全、活动安排或团队和谐的参与者加入。
