PNOA Half-Quarter Newsletter

April – June 2026

Adventure • Community • Growth

Dear PNOA members and friends,

As we reach the midpoint of 2026, we are grateful for another season filled with movement, learning, connection, and shared experiences in the outdoors. From alpine hikes and scenic cycling routes to SUP training, fishing trips, first aid courses, trail work, and our joyful Mid-Year Social Gathering, the past three months have once again reflected the spirit of PNOA: encouraging healthy living, outdoor exploration, volunteer leadership, and a strong sense of community.

Spring and early summer are always special times for our club. Trails begin to open, lakes come alive, and members reconnect with the mountains, forests, and waters that inspire us. Between April 23 and June 30, 2026, PNOA members came together across a wide range of activities that challenged our bodies, built our skills, and strengthened friendships.

This quarter also reflected something deeper than adventure alone. As a community built around the outdoors, we understand the importance of giving back to the people and organizations who help keep outdoor spaces safer for everyone. We are pleased to share that PNOA’s donations to NSR and LBSAR have been completed, as part of our continued support for local search and rescue communities whose dedication helps protect hikers, paddlers, climbers, and outdoor enthusiasts across the region.

To every leader, volunteer, organizer, and participant: thank you. Your enthusiasm, care, and support continue to make PNOA a welcoming and vibrant outdoor community.

Membership Renewal Reminder

A friendly reminder to all members: if your PNOA membership is due for renewal, please take a moment to renew and stay connected with our community. Your support helps PNOA continue organizing safe, meaningful, and enriching outdoor activities throughout the year.
