Carpool Policy

我们PNOA倡导环保、绿色出行，所以每次活动都尽可能大家可以carpool一起走。以下是PNOA关于Carpool费用的指引：
1）对于500公里以内的PNOA活动Carpool拼车，如果只有1名乘客，司机将按每人$0.25/公里收费；如果有2名乘客，将按每人$0.20/公里收费；如果有3名或更多的乘客，将按每人$0.15/公里收费。
B. In terms of carpooling on PNOA trips within 500 km or less, the driver will be paid by passengers at the rate of $0.25/km per person if there is only 1 passenger, $0.20/km pp if there are 2 passengers, and
$0.15/km pp if there are 3 or more.

2) 此外，对于涉及在崎岖/森林服务道路上行驶的行程，可能会考虑每辆车额外收取$0.04/公里的附加费。
D. Also, an additional surcharge of $0.04/km per vehicle may be considered for trips that involve driving on rough/forest service roads.

3）所有拼车参与者，包括司机（但不包括 PNOA）可平均分摊交通违规罚单费用以及行程中发生的车辆损坏维修费用（保险可能不承保）以及保险承保的免赔额 。
E. All carpooling participants including the driver but excluding PNOA may share evenly the cost of traffic violation tickets as well as repairing costs of damage to the vehicle occurring during the trip, which may not be covered by insurance, and the deductible amount if covered by the insurance.

4）里程计算可以按照Google Map上的路线里程来算，也可以按照车上的里程表读数来计算。

5）各车也可以自行商量carpool费用分摊标准。

6）需要CARPOOL的朋友請准備兩雙鞋（一雙是登山鞋），在開始Hiking前和結束後，換上幹淨的鞋，協助車主保持車內衛生，謝謝！

7）协会鼓励大家在乘车之前吃完早饭。每个人对食物的味觉反应各异，如果要带食物/零食在车上吃，请务必征得司机同意。
