For the safety of all outdoor activities, the Pacific Northwest Outdoor Association (PNOA) will organize a Remote First Aid (RFA) training course at the end of May 2026. / 为确保户外活动安全，太平洋西北户外协会（PNOA）将于2026年5月底举办远程野外急救（RFA）培训课程。 🏕️

This 20-hour Canadian Red Cross–certified course is designed for outdoor leaders and participants who travel more than one hour away from medical aid. / 本课程为加拿大红十字会认证的20小时培训，专为经常前往远离医疗救助地区的户外领队及爱好者设计。 🚑

• Trip planning & preparation / 户外活动计划与准备
• Patient assessment & extended care / 伤病评估与延伸照护
• CPR & AED Level C / CPR 与 AED（Level C）
• Injury, hypothermia, heat illness & evacuation management / 外伤、失温、中暑及撤离处理技巧
