The Flint and Feather Trail is located on the south face of Grouse Mountain, North Vancouver. This rugged, unmaintained trail offers a challenging alternative to the Grouse Grind with spectacular unobstructed views of Vancouver, Stanley Park, and Burrard Inlet.
燧石与羽毛步道位于北温哥华 Grouse Mountain 南坡，是一条崎岖未维护的挑战性路线，可欣赏温哥华、斯坦利公园和 Burrard Inlet 的壮丽全景。

🚩 Trailhead / 起点:
Grouse Mountain parking lot → follow Baden-Powell / BCMC connector for 15–20 mins. Look for the unmarked left branch near BCMC marker #8 or #11.
从 Grouse Mountain 停车场出发，沿 Baden-Powell / BCMC 连接道走15-20分钟，在 BCMC #8或#11附近左转进入未标记入口。

🥾 Fitness Requirements / 体能要求:
Superior cardiovascular fitness • Technical scrambling agility • Upper body strength • Mental fortitude for exposed terrain • No heart conditions or lower-body injuries. (Nearly 800m elevation gain)
极佳心肺耐力 • 技术攀岩能力 • 上肢力量 • 暴露地形心理素质 • 无心脏或膝踝伤病（近800米海拔攀升）
