🥾 Itinerary & Logistics | 活动行程与物流

(Subject to change depending on weather conditions | 行程可能会根据天气情况进行调整)

  • Day 1 (2026/07/19): Drive from home to Elfin Lakes Trailhead, then backpack to Elfin Lakes campsite. | 从家开车前往 Elfin Lakes 登山口,然后重装徒步至 Elfin Lakes 营地。
  • Day 2 (2026/07/20): Day hike to Opal Cone (14.4 km round trip, 670 m elevation gain). | 日间徒步至 Opal Cone 火山锥(往返14.4公里,累计爬升670米)。
  • Day 3 (2026/07/21): Day hike to Diamond Head (10.3 km round trip, 830 m elevation gain). After the hike, backpack back to the trailhead and head home. | 日间徒步至 Diamond Head(往返10.3公里,累计爬升830米)。随后收拾装备重装徒步返回登山口并返程。

  • Serve as a training and warm-up run for upcoming long-distance backpacking trips. | 为马上到来的长途背包露营活动做拉练准备。

  • Hiking poles
  • Tent + sleeping bag (-7C) + Sleeping pad
  • Backpack (50 – 60L)
  • Stove + gas + food (for 3 days on trail)
  • Water filtration systems
  • Bear spray
  • First aid kit.
  • Compass + whistle
  • Offline maps on every smartphone.
  • Head lamp(min 200 lum)
  • Sunscreen / bug spray
  • Paper towel / Toilet paper
  • Biodegradable soap
  • Garbage bag.
  • Emergency rescue blanket
