DESCRIPTION:Leaders\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nEvent Agenda and Contents \n\n\n\n\nBC Parks  “Learn to be in Nature (LTBIN)”  is a unique opportunity for newcomers to learn how to recreate safely outdoors on various subjects. The event is organized by BC Parks in partnership with Cypress Mountain Resort\, and facilitated by various outdoor organizations including PNOA. LTBIN covers a variety of subjects to help newcomers earn outdoor knowledge and skills. Event agenda/contents will be updated once available from BC Parks. \n\n\n\nOther Events\, following the conclusion of the LTBIN at 2pm\, there are other activities: \n\n\n\n\n\nParticipants can engage in other activities at Cypress Resort on their own costs\, including food and beverages\, axe throwing\, and the Cypress Eagle Coaster.\n\n\n\nPNOA may organize short hiking at Cypress Mt.\n\n\n\n\n\nPNOA’s Role\n\n\n\n\n\nPNOA will participate in the event as an exhibitor. PNOA’s booth will also promote PNOA to broader outdoor communities\, and support Quantum Dragon Boat Team’s visibility. \n\n\n\nPNOA volunteers may share information\, showcase programs\, or lead activities related to outdoor education\, nature interpretation\, safety\, and inclusion. Then paddle down the River of Golden Dreams to Green Lake.
